Treat Accessibly Signs - Now Available at Maxis in Quebec!
Transcript
RICH PADULO: Hi, I'm Rich Padulo, a dad, and this is my daughter, Siena.
SIENA PADULO: At six, I asked how a kid using a wheelchair could trick or treat with all those stairs.
RICH PADULO: So, we moved our treats to the end of the driveway and put a sign on our lawn. One family, one drive.
SIENA PADULO: For a lot of kids, stairs or even saying trick-or-treat can be a barrier. This sign says one simple thing, every child is welcome.
RICH PADULO: Since then, more than 300,000 homes across Canada put our family's lawn sign out.
SIENA PADULO: And now after seven years of trying, a dream has come true.
RICH PADULO: For the first time, our signs are free in stores in Quebec at Maxi.
SIENA PADULO: Thank you to the people at Maxi. Thank you to Coca-Cola. And thank you Goldfish for believing in our dream.
RICH PADULO: Come get yours today while supplies last.
SIENA PADULO: And any home can treat accessibly. Just check the tips above.
RICH PADULO: Pledge your hope and get the sign that signals to your community you welcome every child.
SIENA PADULO: Halloween is Saturday, October 31st from 4:00 PM.
RICH and SIENA PADULO: Let's grow this movement with Maxi!
